The District 6-B Eagles received big games from Morgan Parsons and Matthew Bohlken and downed Northwestern A Ronan at Valley Christian's gym.
Parsons scored 23 and Bohlken had 22 as Valley Christian (1-0) employed a full-court press to take a nine-point lead into the second quarter. Andrew Schmautz collected 15 points and Caleb Huber added 11 for Valley Christian.
Bohlken scored nine and the Eagles dropped in 10 free throws in the opening eight minutes. Overall, they went 19-for-31 from the charity stripe.
Kevin Wroblewski led the Chiefs (0-1) with 20 points.
